Excellent service, quick repair and friendly staff!

They were nice enough to service my car, and let me leave it parked over the long weekend, because we were going out of town. Unfortunately, they didn't get to it before I got back on Monday, but they rescheduled right away, then graciously didn't charge me.

Will be back for more repairs if needed.

I am always so impressed with Ray Certified. They made Everything happen like clock work. I did not have an appt but they made everything happen all at one time. I believe when they say something is wrong and needs to be fixed because they are honest, truthful, and have never led us wrong. Chad always keeps me informed as my car is being worked on. Everyone that works at Rays is amazing. Thank you for going out of your way for me.

Went in to get air conditioning charged turned out my compressor was shot... they quickly diagnosed the problem and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the info.

Ray's auto always takes good care of my and my car. Ray's never pushes unnecessary services and always has my work completed in a timely manner. I've brought my car to many places in town and I've never been treated nicer than at Ray's.

They were kind enough to see why a light they had just replaced was burned out again. Decided not to have it replaced there because of the price (found the same socket for $2!).

I have used Ray?s a few times I have been pleased with the work they do, great that they give a loaner car. I trust that they won?t rip me off, reason for 4 out 5 rating is the last time I was in I had to bring my vehicle back because the tech didn?t notice the tires were out of balance which was one of my requests for repair. Overall very good.

Fair and reasonably priced! They were able to make the repairs right on the spot and gave me a loaner car to use. Everyone was so friendly, they truly understand good customer service! I would highly recommend them.

Vehicle repairs are done quickly with very fair prices. They also double check their work, after it's done with a road test. An added bonus is the mechanic thoughtfully wiping all surfaces down, that he may have touched, so I don't get my hands oily and dirty. Nice people, good solid work, very fair prices = best place in Fargo/Moorhead for car repairs!

They are amazing and the ONLY shop in town I trust to do mechanical work on my vehicles!!! They turned the fix Corwin told me I needed that would have been $350 into an 80 dollar repair on my last visit!! And every other repair they have ever done had been fine, correctly the first time. I've been going there for years now. I would recommend them to everyone!!! Their service is easy, awesome as well, and they are very friendly and helpful.
